Neighbor to Family: Supporting Sibling Groups in Foster Care
Reports on the first controlled study, where sibling groups were compared on outcomes for permanency, stability, safety, and cost over a 3-year period. Research was focused on whether the NTF model of sibling foster care produced significantly different results from other foster care through a matched pairs design, and if propensity matching provided a good alternative to randomly assigned control groups.
